President
Christian Haucke AU graduated from Baylor University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Arts in Finance and a Minor in Corporate Communications. He began his insurance career with The Hartford in San Antonio, TX as a Middle Market Underwriter after a five month training program. After two years he moved to San Francisco to fill a role as a Middle Market Sales Underwriter. In 2007, he moved to SwissRe as an Assistant Vice President in Americas Casualty Facultative division. Christian joined Ironshore in August of 2009 as a Senior Underwriter for their Specialy Casualty division. |

Vice-President
Allen Kwan is a Global Property Underwriter with Zurich Global Corporate in San Francisco. Allen graduated from California State University, East Bay with a degree in Mass Communications and a concentration in Information Technology. He began his career at Professional Indenmity Agency as an Administrative Manager in the EPL group, later joining Beazley Group in the United States as a risk analyst. Allen is a CPCU candidate and working toward acheiving the designation. |
